1) What services do you offer?
We provide a range of services to support children with special needs, their families and teachers, including:
parent coaching
behavioral consultations (in home or at school)
one on one play sessions
small play groups
advocacy services (communication with schools, attending CPSE/CSE meetings, etc)
teacher support (consultations, in class support, and training)

2) How do I schedule a consultation?
You can schedule a consultation by contacting us via phone (315-368-8826) or email (jumptheline2024@gmail.com). We offer a 15 minute initial consultation free of charge to discuss your child's needs and how we can help.
3) What can I expect during a behavioral consultation?
Our behavioral consultation focus on understanding your child's behavior, identifying triggers, and creating a tailored plan to help them succeed. We offer both half day (3 hours) and full day (6 hours) consultations, which can be conducted at home or in your child's daycare/school setting. Each consultation includes a written report summarizing observations, recommendations, and a plan of action. Communication and meetings amongst myself and relevant members of your child's team will take place as needed.
4) Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! We offer virtual sessions for parent coaching, some advocacy services, teacher training, and consultations via video chat or phone. This allows us to provide support no matter where you're located.
5) How do small play groups work?
Our small play groups consist of up to 4 children, allowing for personalized attention and social interaction. Each session is designed to promote developmental milestones through play-based activities and is supervised by experienced professionals. You can express interest in having your child join a group that I assemble or you can get together 4 children of your choosing to me to provide the play session for. At this time, these groups will take place at a mutually agreed upon location (a park, someone's home, a play place, a playground, etc). Some time in the near future, I will have a therapy space.
6) What is included in your advocacy services?
Our advocacy services help you navigate the special education system and ensure your child's needs are met. We offer:
communication support between your child's school and/or teacher
attendance at CPSE/CSE meetings
support during parent-teacher conferences
meetings to help you understand and plan for meetings/IEPs
7) How are your services priced?
We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. You can find detailed information about our services rates on our Service List & Prices tab, but here's a quick overview:
Parent Coaching: $75 for 60 minutes
Behavioral Consultation: $300 for a half-day (3 hours), $550 for a full day (6 hours)
Play Sessions: $50 per 30 minute session/ $90 weekly (2 sessions)
Tutoring: $60 per 30 minute session/ $110 week (2 sessions)
Advocacy Services: $100 per hour
All services include a written report summarizing goals, progress and a plan of action if applicable.
8) Do you provide reports for all services?
Yes! Each service comes with a comprehensive written report summarizing observations, plans, goals and progress to help parents and educators stay informed and track the child's development.
9) What makes your services different from others?
At Jump the Line, we focus on bridging the gap for children and families who are waiting for services such as speech, OT and PT. Our holistic approach involves personalized support, practical strategies, and collaboration with parents, teachers, and therapy teams. We don't want families feeling like there child is missing out on something while they wait for county provided services. We truly want to help families and staff feel supported wherever they are in their journey. We take the time to truly understand each child's unique needs and create plans that are specific to their growth and success.
10) How do I pay for services?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, cash, check or Venmo. Payments are due upon receipt of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We also offer flexible payment plans for some services on a case by case basis. Please reach out to discuss payment options if needed.
11) Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes, we understand that schedules can change. You can cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice without any penalties. Late cancellations or no call/no shows may result in a fee. Please contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
12) How do I get started?
